What We OfferWe are an ADULT recreational rowing league offering a little bit of fitness, a lot of fun, and the opportunity to row with an amazing group of friends on the world-class Henley rowing course in Port Dalhousie.
Our League is best known for our structured crews, weekly "race nights" with BBQ and entertainment and our end-of-session banquets. We encourage anyone with an interest in adult recreational rowing to come out and join us! |

We are once again excited to start our 2024 season. Your executive has been working very hard to ensure another year of FUN, FITNESS and FRIENDS. They have lined up some great bands and the BBQ crew is ready to go!
To all of our new and previous rowing friends let me say this:
You don't want to miss rec rowing in 2024!
If you're unsure if rec rowing is for you then please come to our " try-it-day" May 5th 11am - 2pm. Bring a friend! Dockside rowing/ meet some coaches and check out our amazing facility.
