Boathouse
Take a tour of our boathouse and get an up close look at a rowing shell. Ergometer Experience the mechanics behind the rowing technique on an erg. Dockside Rowing Shell (weather permitting) Take a seat in one of our rowing shells and experience what it feels like to be "on the water". Certified coaches will be on hand to give personal instruction. Information Booth Ask questions and learn more about our League. BBQ Burgers and refreshments will be provided for participants. Register Register on site and join the fun! **Please note this is an ADULTS ONLY event. If you are not of age of majority, please register for the Come Try Rowing event hosted by the St. Catharines Rowing Club (date to be determined - link to follow)** |
